Plain language, binding as written. Maja is provided by Looklike, Sweden. Last updated 2026-06-12.

What we collect

Account identity via Sign in with Slack (name, email, workspace). Content of Slack channels you explicitly add Maja to. Files you share with her. Brand assets and intake answers. Funnel events you connect (installs, signups, trials, purchases) with timestamps and creative identifiers. Public pages you point her at (your site, your App Store listing). Service telemetry (what Maja did, when, for which workspace).

What we use it for

One thing: operating and improving the distribution service for your workspace. Context powers her briefs, personas, and content; funnel events power the learning loop; telemetry powers reliability and your audit log.

What we never do

We never train foundation models on your data. We never use your data to serve another customer. We never use your data to build or improve Looklike's own consumer products. We never sell it. Aggregated, de-identified operational benchmarks (e.g. average approval turnaround) are the only cross-customer learning, and they can't identify you, your users, your campaigns, or your strategy.

Subprocessors

Model providers (text/video generation and evaluation), cloud hosting and storage, Stripe for billing, PostHog for product analytics (hosted in the US), Slack APIs. Each receives the minimum required to do its job; a current list is available on request.

Retention & deletion

Uninstalling Maja stops all new collection immediately and starts the deletion clock: active systems within 30 days, backups within 35. You can request export or deletion anytime at [email protected].

Your rights

Access, correction, export, deletion, and objection — email [email protected] and we act within 30 days. If you're in the EEA/UK, the DPA covers the GDPR specifics.
