Maja reads only channels you explicitly add her to. No workspace-wide history scopes, no ambient message processing, no DM snooping. Remove her from a channel and it's gone from her world.
Client workspace, funnel, and creative data are used only to operate and improve YOUR service. Never to train foundation models, never for other clients, never for Looklike's own products. Aggregated, de-identified operational benchmarks only.
Every record is tenant-scoped. Per-tenant encrypted secrets, per-tenant agent memory, per-tenant audit log of every action Maja takes — exportable on request.
Slack tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted; keys live in a managed vault, never in code or shared environments.
Posting accounts are operated by real, vetted humans on their own devices — recruited, managed, and paid through our roster system. We do not run device farms or sell account networks.
Uninstall stops collection immediately. Deletion request: active systems within 30 days, backups within 35. The uninstall event starts the clock automatically.
